Same-day cannabis delivery is legal in New Jersey, and Unity Rd delivers from both its Somerset and Maywood stores within a 15-mile radius of each. The minimum order is $50, orders of $150+ ship free, and the same-day cutoff is 6 pm Monday–Saturday (4 pm Sunday). Here's the full rundown.
How to order
Delivery runs through our live Dutchie menu. The steps:
- Browse and build your cart on the Unity Rd menu, then choose Delivery as the order type.
- Enter your address. The menu confirms whether you're inside a store's 15-mile zone.
- Meet the $50 minimum and check out. We accept cash and debit at the door.

Zones & fees
We deliver within a 15-mile radius of each store. From Somerset (441 Elizabeth Ave) that covers Somerset, Middlesex, Mercer, and parts of Union County — New Brunswick, Edison, Piscataway, Bound Brook, Bridgewater, and more. From Maywood (101 Essex Street) it covers Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, and surrounding northern NJ — Hackensack, Paramus, Fair Lawn, Teaneck, Clifton, and more.
- Orders $150+: free delivery.
- Orders $50–$149.99: a flat $5 delivery fee.

Timing & cutoffs
Delivery hours are 11am–7pm Monday–Saturday and 10am–5pm Sunday. The same-day cutoff is 6 pm Mon–Sat and 4 pm Sunday — orders after cutoff are scheduled for the next available window. Most orders arrive within 1–3 hours during delivery hours.
At the door
A licensed driver verifies your government-issued ID (21+) at the door — the same check you'd get in store. Have your cash or debit card ready; contact-free hand-off options are available. The person who placed the order should be the one to receive it, ID in hand.
